Who I am + How I work
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples to explore how stress, life transitions, and past experiences can show up in everyday life—through emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns.
Much of our work is about slowing things down, noticing what’s happening beneath the surface, and finding new ways to feel more grounded, connected, and understood.
My work is shaped by years of close involvement with families and individuals across many settings, including foster and blended family systems, school and community environments, and therapeutic spaces. These experiences have deepened my understanding that while our stories may look different, we all share a need to feel safe, heard, and supported—in our relationships and within ourselves.
As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I draw from Attachment-Based philosophies and the Gottman Method to support meaningful, evidence-based change. My approach is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in tools that are designed to be useful well beyond the therapy room.
As a mother and stepmother to five children, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to my work. My goal is to create a space that feels calm, collaborative, and safe—whether you’re working through personal patterns, navigating relationship stress, or looking for steadier ground.
I believe change begins when we feel seen and supported. Small shifts can create lasting change, and I’m here to support you in taking the next step when you’re ready.
